• Parent/Guardian Undertaking: Submission of a signed Parent/Guardian Undertaking is compulsory for students wishing to participate in any sports activities.

Academic Award Participant Registration Form

Important Notes:

• Participation Eligibility: Nomination for academic awards is subject to selection and final approval by the event organizers, based on predefined criteria.
• Passing Year Requirement: Only students who have successfully completed their academic year in 2025 are eligible for nomination
• Award Recognition: Awards will be presented to the top three selected students from the eligible nominations.

• Scheduling:The final schedule and speaking slots will be confirmed by the organizers in advance, based on registrations.
